1. Shipping Insurance & Responsibility

With Shipping Insurance
If you purchase shipping insurance at checkout and your package does not arrive for any reason (e.g., customs seizure, lost package), we will resend your full order after you provide the necessary proof.
You only need to pay for the shipping fee — we will cover any customs duties or import fees.

Without Shipping Insurance
If you do not purchase shipping insurance, and once the package is dispatched with a valid tracking number matching your address, we are not responsible for any delivery issues (including customs, delays, loss, or seizure).

Shipping Insurance Cost: 10% of the product price.


2. Accurate Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
To reduce import taxes, we declare all parcels as low-value gifts where allowed.


3. Shipping Origin & Tracking

Most products are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.
A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp or Email, and is also available on your order page.

Tracking updates may take 1–2 days to appear after the shipment clears airport security.


4. Customs & Delays

Some countries/regions may experience customs delays that can extend delivery times.
These delays are out of our control.

UPS / FedEx / DHL International Express

  • No delivery on weekends or national holidays.
  • Standard Transit Time: 3–7 business days
  • Processing time may vary based on order volume or product availability.
